I NEED new friends! I recently lost a number of friends due to my "defective" personality, and I'm of the mind that I need some friends who can tolerate (not necessarily approve of) my "defective" personality. Of course in this world without consensus, no two people share the same view of what friendship is. Therefore, I've concluded that friends are required to find a compromise on their defintions of friendship. But that hasn't worked for me lately. One former friend of mine seemed to have decided that his definition of friendship is superior to mine. As a result, I had to follow his defintion of friendship (which includes being banned from his house for life). Since I thought (and still think) that's bullshit, I had to end the friendship.

Since there is a population of 6 billion, it should be entirely possible for me to find a few folks who can tolerate my "defective" personality. If not, then I guess that means life sucks far more than I thought it did.

My name is steve, 40 yrs I have just moved here to Vancouver from the east coast ,, s.w. Vermont, I have came out here to get out of the new England cold weather lol , and to get a fresh new start and life , I just went through a 2 yr long divorce battle and also had my heart shattered again ,,
Ok a bit about me, I have 3 kids, a 16 yrs daughter and a 7 1/2 yrs daughter that will be coming out during school vaca's to spend time with me, and my little one had a twin brother that past,, at week old, they were 3mos premature
I like to go camping, fishing, and I love to cook, mostly those big dinners and I do up food displays and get a bit fancy,,
And yes walking hand and hand is a must, and lots of public display of affections, and snuggling, cuddling,, I never go to bed angry , I will not sleep if that’s the case , talking and comminations is top priority well and is the good old morals and values ,, we all have disagreements but talking is the way ,,,
